A pesar de la disminuci\u00f3n del riego, la extracci\u00f3n de agua y el aporte total de agua por hect\u00e1rea aumentaron. Tambi\u00e9n se produjo una p\u00e9rdida de valor bruto en este periodo.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El sur de Europa alberga casi el 60% de todas las zonas de regad\u00edo y representa el 85% de la extracci\u00f3n de agua para el riego en Europa.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La preocupaci\u00f3n por la seguridad del agua ha hecho que se realicen grandes inversiones en infraestructuras de embalses, riego y drenaje. En el mismo periodo, Francia aument\u00f3 ligeramente su intensidad.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Europa occidental presenta una mayor variabilidad de las condiciones clim\u00e1ticas que las dem\u00e1s regiones. El riego se utiliza para cubrir los d\u00e9ficits h\u00eddricos estacionales con el fin de estabilizar la producci\u00f3n de los cultivos y mejorar la calidad del rendimiento.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En esta regi\u00f3n predominan las tecnolog\u00edas de riego m\u00e1s eficientes, como el riego por goteo y el riego por aspersi\u00f3n; en los Pa\u00edses Bajos se utiliza el doble riego y las estaciones de drenaje.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-tab-title elementor-tab-mobile-title\" aria-selected=\"false\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"tab\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-9344\" aria-expanded=\"false\">Europa del Norte<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-9344\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-9344\" tabindex=\"0\" hidden=\"hidden\"><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-6526 alignright marginleft\" src=\"https:\/\/learning.agriwater.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/IO3_ELO_06.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"45%\" srcset=\"https:\/\/learning.agriwater.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/IO3_ELO_06.jpg 373w, https:\/\/learning.agriwater.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/IO3_ELO_06-300x198.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 373px) 100vw, 373px\" \/><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante el per\u00edodo 2005-2016, la intensidad del agua en la producci\u00f3n de cultivos disminuy\u00f3 un 13,3%.\u00a0<\/span><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dinamarca, Letonia, Lituania, Suecia y el Reino Unido hicieron un uso menos intensivo del agua, a pesar del aumento del aporte total de agua por hect\u00e1rea.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En Dinamarca, la extracci\u00f3n de agua de riego se duplic\u00f3 y el valor a\u00f1adido del chisme aument\u00f3 considerablemente.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En Estonia se produjo un aumento de la intensidad del agua en el mismo periodo, sin a\u00f1adir el valor bruto.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las condiciones clim\u00e1ticas h\u00famedas del norte de Europa hacen que las aguas superficiales y subterr\u00e1neas est\u00e9n disponibles durante mucho tiempo.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La escasez de agua es menos frecuente y se observa sobre todo en las zonas urbanas.
